This job posting is for an entry level customer service representative position at our Charleston, SC or for fast track to a management position in either Operations or the Customer Care Team.
This is a fun, family-oriented environment in a growing company that is opening a new call center later this year. We are looking for team players who want to grow with the company into Operational and Customer Service Management Roles AND for people who want a part time job while in school (but need to be able to commit to the initial Full Time training schedule for 3 weeks and commit to at least 30 hours/week for 6 months).
There will be opportunity for fast promotions and additional benefits if you excel.
The starting wage is $9-$11/hour, depending on experience, but a higher wage may be offered if you are hired to fast track to a management role. Please include your asking wage with your inquiry, if you have one. After training, you are able to earn an additional $1/hour in bonus pay.
You will also be eligible for additional raises during your first year of employment once additional skills are learned. Benefit package includes: Paid breaks, 401k with match, medical/dental/vision insurance (after 6 months).
The calls handled range from typical answering for professional offices to complete call center entry. No prior call center experience required. We do require that you be kind, compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check and type at least 30 WPM, preferably more. You must have a clear speaking voice and be a team player.
