- Respond to general internet and phone sales leads with a phone call and email within 15 minutes – phone call first, then email
- Utilize eLead CRM by logging emails, phone calls, and appointments; following prescribed internet workflow and updating customer information as necessary
- Verify all appointment sales
- Create /send vehicle pricing quotes to customers under supervision of active desk manager
- Create/send personal video greetings to every internet lead within 48 hours of new lead
- Maintain own list of monthly leads, appointments, shown appointments, sold units, and inactive lead statuses
- Hourly plus commissions and bonus. Most reps average $3,400 per month in total compensation.
