So what will you actually being doing?

The Operations Supervisor will lead the team with emphasis on the consistent execution of quality guidelines to meet client expectations.


An Operations Supervisor’s daily tasks will involve:


  • Lead team while maintaining a high level of success meeting existing customer SLAs and operational efficiencies

  • Develop relationships with clients to understand their on-going needs; identify and correct operational deficiencies

  • Develop direct reports for operational excellence through effective performance management and goal setting

  • Manage staffing levels and allocate staffing resources with emphasis on planning within budget/minimizing overtime

  • Coach and Counsel staff by creating a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support at all levels; provide honest and timely feedback to employees and address performance issues with directness and sensitivity

  • Monitor tardiness, absenteeism, accuracy of reported work hours, and staff behaviors. Take appropriate disciplinary action, as necessary, when problems are identified.

  • Identify new processes and technologies to deliver improved margins or increased service offerings

  • Attain unit profitability goals

  • Follow all Offsite Services facility policies, including health & safety, building securing, data security and harassment free work environment

  • Associate Degree or High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years undergraduate studies.

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service related experience

  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

  • Ability to engage clients and decision makers

  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks

  • Ability to meet employer’s attendance policy.

  • Availability to work flexible schedule to meet changing business needs

  • Possess relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

  • Ability to quickly learn various inventory systems with probable remote training.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through skills.

  • Able to work independently with some direction.

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills for a challenging and customer focused working environment.Professional demeanor
