Key Responsibilities:
1)Administer commission process by maintaining, tracking, reporting, and analyzing relevant revenue and commission data, ensuring accurate and timely payouts in accordance with the terms of the HCS commission plans. Review commissions with appropriate HCS Sales management and ensure timely and accurate communication of final payouts to the HCS Sales teams.
2)Perform contract audits to ensure all terms and conditions are met for commission eligibility.
3)Analyze territory revenue data and effectively communicate with field sales teams to ensure they understand the drivers of their territory performance and related impact on their commissions.
4)Report and communicate monthly score carding results to sales management and monthly compensation statements to the field sales teams.
5)Research, reconcile and resolve commission pay disputes/discrepancies reported by the sales team through effective communication. Develop and maintain strong ongoing working relationships with Sales Management.
Position Requirements
Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or other related field, or the equivalent in related work experience.
Two or more years of Sales Compensation experience required, demonstrating sound knowledge of adminitering sales commission plans and reporting.
Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word. Must be able to perform complex functions within excel in order to manipulate and calculate data for analysis.
Stong Interpersonnal skills. Must be able to communicate and present to Sales Management.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and SQL a plus.
