ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES


Position Summary: Relief International is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrative Assistant (Temp) to support the Chief Financial Officer. He/she will coordinate and perform professional and confidential project functions and assist the Chief Financial Officer.


  • Track and help prioritize activities within RI that require CFO’s attention.

  • Handle the CFO’s calendar and scheduling demands.

  • Coordinate logistics for all internal and external meetings supported by the Finance Office.

  • Schedule the CFO’s complex domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Prepare all expense reports for the CFO in adherence with internal policies and deadlines.

  • Maintain Finance Office files.

  • Represent the Finance Office to internal and external audiences by providing information, handling routine inquiries directly or by delegating to departments and following up.

  • When requested, attend intra-office meetings to take minutes and track follow-up issues and action items.

  • Create and revise office systems and procedures to expedite work flow.

  • Craft and deliver both written and verbal presentations as required. Must be able to communicate with tact, judgment, empathy and energy.


  • Prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, forms, etc. using prescribed formats.




  • Follow up on office supplies, and services and make sure they are handled adequately.




  • Any other duties as may be required
