Our client, a well-established company are looking for an Account Manager to join their highly motivated, successful and professional Operations Team.
Key responsibilities will include
- Manage and develop the relationship between sales and the customer.
- Manage the relationship with relevant merchandisers in overseas office
- Manage the critical path and order book
- Maintain a good working relationship with the customer
- Escalate customer issues where appropriate
- Seek cost reduction opportunities
- Manage the Operations Assistant and Junior Account Manager
Skills will include
- Need account management or supply chain experience
- Customer exposure
- Ideally a graduate (not essential)
- Confident with excellent organisational and communication skills
- International supply chain/fashion industry experience is desirable
- Highly motivated
