The Bespoke Role:
Working in a small specialist team of luxury travel consultants, this role is about creating once a lifetime luxury holidays to destinations such as South Africa & East Africa, including the Indian Sub-continent and with a hint of Latin America. From escorted tours and safaris to self-drive holidays, from sandy beach holidays to overland adventures, this exciting bespoke position will be creating a wide range of luxury holidays at different price points, all of which are tailored to meet this tour operator’s client requirements and budget.
Skills & Experience:
Your enthusiasm and first-hand knowledge of creating tailor-made holidays to Africa will be infectious and your ability to provide the very best service will be paramount. This role is for a travel consultant with experience in creating bespoke/tailor-made holidays to Africa. If candidates have also sold the Indian Sub-continent/Latin America, this would be an advantage, but not essential.
Liaising with discerning bespoke clientele mainly via phone, you will be a natural communicator and enjoy building professional rapport with them. Using your exceptional people and communication skills you will manage tailor-made bookings from the initial enquiry through to departure stage. An enthusiastic and polite telephone manner, along with excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills are therefore essential.
The Package:
This truly is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. In addition to a competitive basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000, our client also offers an attractive commission structure, and we are looking for candidates who enjoy achieving targets and striving to earn additional commission.
