Job Title: Administration Assistant
Location & Post Code: Amersham, Buckinghamshire (HP6)
Salary: £15,000 – £ 17,550 per Annum + Private Health Care
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company based in Amersham.
Administration Assistant – You will need to be tenacious and self-motivated and have the following:
• Proficient with MS Office package
• Excellent telephone manner
• Fast and accurate filing and data entry skills
• Efficient, organised and able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
Administration Assistant – This position will include the following duties:
• Assisting Contracts Manager with day to day administrative support
• General administrative support to Contracts department, including printing, organising and filing tender documentation
• Document control (managing online document system)
• Liaising with clients
Hours of work are 8.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday.
