Right Directions is a small company providing Quality Management and Health & Safety consultancy to a variety of sectors, including Sport and Leisure.
Our team is expanding and Right Directions is looking for an Administration Assistant to provide administrative support. You will be working within a small, friendly team based in Gaddesden Row near Hemel Hempstead (need own transport), from 8am to 4pm 5 days per week.
The Candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Methodical in approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative and within a small team
- Must be familiar and fully competent with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally an interest in Health & Safety or Quality Management and in the Leisure Industry
Duties to include
- General office administration
- Proof-reading and compiling reports
- Answering enquiry telephone line
- Carrying out mystery visits and telephone calls
- Producing statistics and graphs
- Booking flights and accommodation
Salary £ 13,520—£16,500 40 hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
