The AVP, Compliance Analyst will be responsible for administering, monitoring and documenting compliance activities as they relate to the North American programs business unit. This position reports directly to the SVP, Deputy General Counsel with dotted line reporting to the Programs business unit.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with Program Product Filing Submissions, including drafting state amendatories and coordinating state objection responses with Compliance and Programs.Track and Report Filing Progress to correspond with Program Authority letters at implementation.Manage Documentation and Retention of all Program Filings and Final Policy/Endorsement versions for monitoring compliance with rate and Formmunicate with Program Managers in relation to DOI bulletins, ISO Executive circulars and other regulatory updates.Assist with and coordinate with Compliance, Program Administrators, and TPAs for the proper collection and reporting of statistical data and DMV reporting.Conduct Compliance audits of Program Administrators in coordination with Underwriting Leads.Provide research, with recommended policies and procedures, on product, coverage, legislative, regulatory, and other relevant issues and dissemination of information through Program Manager Leads.
