Headquartered at the Port of Wilmington-Delaware with regional offices in Florida, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Honduras, full service NVOOC, Freight Forwarder and Terminal Operator, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) for our New Castle, DE location.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): processing documents for ocean shipments, handling customers directly and by phone in a professional, efficient and friendly manner, and processing the required documentation for exporting purposes.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding multitasking skills, ability and desire to learn more about the shipping process, incredible data entry and attention to detail skills and willingness to go above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast pace, deadline driven environment with a focus on meeting deliverables on-time.
