Working for a highly successful organisation you will proactively manage and be the main point of contact for your allocated customer accounts.
Responsibilities will include:
Building effective working relationships with customers
Ensuring high levels of service are provided at all times to meet customer expectations
Prioritising and managing daily account activities, resolving complaints and queries (to include monitoring response time and following the escalation process) and providing operational, KPI and service analysis reports.
In addition you will support the generation and implementation of new business accounts, attend customer visits and deal with all daily product enquiries .
The successful candidate will have strong account management and B2B customer service experience coupled with excellent communication and organisation skills.
