Required experienced Customer Service – Order Fulfilment Clerk for Emerging Markets.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilment of project bids and orders and the requirements for Emerging Markets customers.


Main duties:


  • General office & administration Awareness of Embargoed Countries / Restricted

  • Trade Submit all documentation for bids and orders within required time-frames

  • Download/upload documentation within customer websites

  • Prepare weekly/monthly customer reports

  • Liaising with and supporting colleagues in emerging markets

  • Processing of export documentation

  • Processing of Certificates of Origin

  • Processing of proof of export

You will be required to learn and use the company Intranet system in addition to the in house business system to enable you to:


  • Request certification (PCS)

  • Search for and annotate drawings

  • Customer Action Process (CAP)

  • Identifying and Entering Value Events (VIPs)

  • Knowledge and use of Flowan system

  • Chasing deliveries

  • Price requests

  • Answer customers enquiries

  • Process customer quotes and orders

  • Commercial vetting

  • Sales order processing

  • Internal/customer credits and re-invoicing

Other system knowledge requirement:


  • Excel/Word/PDF

  • Use Workflow Management Tool (WMT)

  • Use EDTR technical tool to support customers and ASM’s

  • Creating and maintaining account and contact information – CRM

  • Experience of Microsoft Applications
