The Role:


Working in a busy role within a buzzing environment you will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to:


  • Being the main point of contact for your own portfolio of SME accounts.

  • Provide a professional and friendly service to all customers and internal departments.

  • Responsible for dealing with any queries, complaints or issues regarding the running of the account.

  • Build and maintain relationships and ensure they have a good understanding of the products and services.

  • Provide account reports to the clients and identify and resolve any problems.

  • Support the generation and implementation of new business.

About You:


You must have proven experience of working in a B2B environment. You will also possess the following skills:


  • Articulate – possess strong communication skills both face to face, written and on the phone.

  • Able to build rapport quickly.

  • Able to make decisions and problem solve.

  • Flexible and adaptable.

  • Able to prioritise and work to deadlines.

  • Excellent team player and willing to support other team members/departments if needed.

  • Client focussed and always striving to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Desirable if you are confident to present and meet with clients if requested.

  • IT literate and able to analyse/produce data/reports.

  • Flexible in your working approach.

  • Full driving licence.
