The Role:
Working in a busy role within a buzzing environment you will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to:
- Being the main point of contact for your own portfolio of SME accounts.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to all customers and internal departments.
- Responsible for dealing with any queries, complaints or issues regarding the running of the account.
- Build and maintain relationships and ensure they have a good understanding of the products and services.
- Provide account reports to the clients and identify and resolve any problems.
- Support the generation and implementation of new business.
About You:
You must have proven experience of working in a B2B environment. You will also possess the following skills:
- Articulate – possess strong communication skills both face to face, written and on the phone.
- Able to build rapport quickly.
- Able to make decisions and problem solve.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Excellent team player and willing to support other team members/departments if needed.
- Client focussed and always striving to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
- Desirable if you are confident to present and meet with clients if requested.
- IT literate and able to analyse/produce data/reports.
- Flexible in your working approach.
- Full driving licence.
