A Customer Support and Business Development Manager is required to drive the performance and growth of new and existing customers within the EMEA for a company specialising in electrical power systems within the aviation industry. Based near Tring this position is offering a salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience. This role requires both UK and international travel which will comprise approximately 50% of the time.
You will be negotiating sales, making recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial goals are delivered, reporting on the budget and bid-review process, making regular client visits, and ensuring the smooth running of day to day business.
You will have extensive experience within sales management leading and negotiating sales through to deal and closure, proven customer and supplier relationship management skills, and financial/commercial awareness. Awareness of the aerospace or automotive markets would be beneficial.
