A fantastic opportunity has arisen in theWatfordarea for a Contract Administrator to join a leading print manufacturer and take responsibility for the issuing, billing and maintenance of service contracts and maintain the client database. The ideal candidate will have experience relevant to the role and speak fluent Dutch and/or French.


Key Responsibilities


  • The maintenance of the service contracts consists of
    • New quotations and renewals

    • Confirmation or cancellation of contract

    • Resolving outstanding service invoice queries

    • Link with sales order SOC

    • Communication with Credit & Sales

    • Ensure all documents are archived but still retrievable


  • All customer communication and query resolution

  • Monthly contract invoicing on the agreed deadlines

  • Ensure that all service time and management time is completed on time

  • Prepare reports in a timely manner to assist in business planning

Skills and Experience


  • Excellent interpersonal and business skills to work with customers and channel partners

  • Able to work in a pressurised environment

  • Highly organised and flexible individual

  • Ability to work with different systems SMIS/SAP

  • Highly competent with Microsoft package

  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French beneficial
