Our highly respected, market leading & award winning High Net Worth (HNW) mortgage broker Capital Private Finance(CPF) is seeking fully CeMAP (or equivalent, CF6 or MAQ) qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisers to work in partnership with their established network of introducer estate agency offices in the GERRARDS CROSS area.
This excellent opportunity has arisen for this market leading Mortgage Broker as a result of continued dynamic growth plans. Working from the various, prestigious and busy introducing estate agent offices you will have access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams in your respective offices.
You will be well rewarded and we anticipate that successful candidates will earn in the region of £50K pa in their first year, based on recent new starters in the last 12-18 months and £60K pa + once established!
Since their start up CPF have built up a fantastic reputation and they have arranged mortgage loans in all market sectors and specialise in the High Net Worth arena.
You must be CeMAP or equivalent qualified (CF6 or MAQ) with at least 12 to 18 months or more experience in whole of market mortgage broking and experience of working with the estate agency & High Net Worth sector too.
