Our Higher Apprenticeships have been specifically designed to spot those with potential – and develop their career.
We’ll develop you through a three-or four-year study programme leading to academic and professional qualifications; professionally, through a series of challenging structured placements and personally, by combining dedicated soft skills training with one-to-one guidance.
This year, we’re building on an established programme in Leadership and Management with a range of new programmes – from Finance to Relationship Management. Whichever you join, this is a chance to be an important part in the future of a leader in global financial services.

What we look for
We’re after potential – a natural flair for challenging, inspiring and collaborating with others, in the right way. To be eligible, you’ll need either 200 UCAS or equivalent points (either achieved or predicted) or at least 12 months’ work experience.
