This role entails supporting the Recruitment Manager to secure both Contract and Permanent staff within a busy IT Services company.
// Your main duties will include
> Managing a variety of predominantly IT roles across the UK business
> Managing end to end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, advertising roles, screening CVs, arranging interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer/decline
> Building strong partnering relationships within the HR Team and Managers across the business at all levels
> Utilising social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success
> As part of the recruitment team responsible for continuing to build a strong employer brand, integrating all our social media strategies; including the careers page, LinkedIn, Twitter
> General recruitment administration e.g. booking interviews, maintaining ATS system etc
> Continuously looking at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes to meet growing business demands
> Work as part of a team to deliver the best recruitment experience for the business and candidates
// Internal Recruiter Ideal Skills and Experience
> Strong in-house or Agency recruitment background and able to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight timelines
> A background and knowledge of recruiting IT roles across all levels
> Demonstrable experience within a similarly fast paced, commercially focussed environment would be highly desirable (e.g. Retail, Media, FMCG, technology)
> Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to minimise agency usage
> Experience using Social media tools in a Recruitment context – e.g. LinkedIn
> Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to juggle multiple demands
> Able to build strong relationships across the business
> Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
> Thrives in a fast paced environment and flexible and adaptable to change
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
> Self-Starter, ability to solve problems and think creatively
> Experience of working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
