IT Support Analyst – MCP – High Wycombe – £21k
Role Overview:
An IT Support Analyst with experience supporting Windows Operating Systems is required by our client based nearHigh Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The IT Support Analyst will provide 1st and 2nd line support for client in the local area for a managed service IT Support provider. You will log, manage and resolve customer support issues internal according to set service level agreements. You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support and administration as well as maintaining systems for multipleUK clients.

Required skills:
You must have strong user support experience and technical knowledge in the following areas:
- Experience supporting Windows Server and Exchange
- TCP/IP Network troubleshooting skills
- Solid knowledge of Antivirus, Firewalls and Backup Software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- It is preferable that applicants are MCP certified or similar

This is an excellent role for an IT Support Engineer or IT Support Analyst with strong Windows Operating Systems experience and preferably an MCP certification to join an established IT Service company with offices based nearHigh Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Salary:
Salary to £21,000 basic plus pension and benefits.
