Position Summary: Regional Enrollment Liaisons are responsible for developing general awareness of ACE’s online education programs across a designated territory to educate and recruit potential students by providing guidance and information regarding program, enrollment and admission requirements.


Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to build relationships with leaders to generate awareness about American College of Education.


Develop and execute strategies to cover large geographic areas, which include on-site information sessions as well as conferences.


Conduct prospective student interviews: match college benefits to students’ needs by providing accurate information related to all college and program specific information.


Uncover prospective student motivations and concerns, as well as overcome objections through problem solving using a consultative approach.


Maintain consistent contact with prospective students and provide the highest level of customer service to meet monthly recruiting activities.


Effectively use technology and established business processes; responsible for documenting all student interactions into CRM.


Must adhere to all school/company policies and procedures as well as federal, state and compliance regulations.


Demonstrate positive attitude and motivation, concern for students, and teamwork.


Qualifications/Requirements:
Ability to research and generate new inquiries


Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written


Ability to develop professional rapport with prospective students and potential partners


Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines: displays high level of accuracy


Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook;


Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Campus Management products, strongly preferred.


Significant regional travel through assigned territory is required. Use of personal vehicle is required (with mileage reimbursement).


Remote work environment; working from home requires a high degree of discipline and excellent time management skills.


Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field


3-5 years demonstrated success in outside sales or account management with the ability to attract and retain new business


Experience in territory management and development


Experience with lead base management
