Salary: £16,000 – £20,000 Basic (Subject to experience) – Plus Uncapped commission

AVR are an online retailer, trading since 1996, offering mobile nationwide installation of products for customer’s vehicles. Our products range from parking sensors and Bluetooth hands-free devices to parking/accident cameras, vehicle tracking and various other related products.
We are looking for a professional, friendly, customer-focused sales advisor to work for our family run business based in Watford, Hertfordshire. The role will involve managing inbound sales calls to our office, along with customer emails, customer enquiry forms and to converting as many of these into sales by offering friendly, helpful advice and selling our service to these customers. It is an enjoyable role covering many aspects with interesting products and customers. Confident and friendly phone manner is vital.
The role has uncapped commission opportunities based on monthly sales targets being hit, in addition to commission for up-selling and cross-selling products. There is also generous commission available for any sales leads than can be passed on to our B2B sales team, leading to a conversion; the leads for these will come from your inbound sales.
The role is office based in Watford, Hertfordshire and the working hours are 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday.

There is no hard selling involved, it is solely a consultancy-type sale with most calls coming in already, ready to order.
