Salary: £18K + uncapped commission. OTE £50k
Location: Hazlemere
Our client is looking for real self-starters that are motivated salespeople wanting an opportunity to develop a telesales career with a fast growing business. The ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with people at all levels. They will have at least 1 years’ experience in a cold/warm calling telesales environment and a proven track record for exceeding targets. In return our client offers 23 days holiday plus Bank holidays, fast track career opportunities, and opportunity to earn commission from the first sale they place as well as working in a fun and vibrant team.
Essential Skills:
- You must have a 2nd European Language
• Experienced Telesales Individual with a minimum of 1 years’ telesales experience essential
• Self-motivated, target driven and prepared to work hard to achieve
• Excellent communication skills
• Fantastic customer service
• Must have a positive outlook and “can do” attitude
• Strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing new business through telesales calls
• Maintaining excellent customer service with existing clients
• Dealing with enquiries explaining products and services the company offers
• Any administration or adhoc duties required of the Business Development Manager
• Being professional and knowledgeable at all times ensuring repeat business
