Whilst the role is home based, you will be required to visit our Head office in Stokenchurch circa one/two days per month.

As a Call Critiquer, you will be an analytical individual with high attention to detail. You will be responsible for listening to and assessing the quality of digital recordings of retail customer enquiries. This is a key role in a team of people who are dedicated to performance improvement in the levels of customer satisfaction.
