Our Client requires an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator for their team based in Hemel Hempstead.
Salary: Up to £22k Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 42.5 Hours per Week
The role requires the successful candidate to:
-Review warranty job cards and process claims accordingly.
-Check all warranty claims for accuracy.
-Liaising with relevant personnel to ensure claims are processed on a timely basis.
-Ensuring that all outstanding claims are chased where applicable.
-Ensure all paperwork is tied up efficiently and effectively.
-Input detailed information regarding the parts and faults connected with claims.
-Update depot monthly recording system and generate appropriate reports.
-Answer all communication with JCB in a prompt and thorough manner where applicable.
-Provide additional administrative support as needed.
-Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
-Present a professional image at all times.
-Carry out all work practices in line with the Company Health and Safety Policy.
-Meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining profitability.
-Contribute to overall success of the company through teamwork and good communication within the Company.
-Maintain high standard of cleanliness and house keeping.
This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will:
-Have excellent administration skills,
-Be able to provide outstanding customer service,
-Have excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills,
-Have good attention to detail, be flexible and be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines and procedures.
Main Car Dealer motor trade experienced as a Warranty Administrator is essential to the role.
