Individuals must possess the initiative and the ability to perform physically demanding and challenging technical work in a heavy industrial environment. Must have the ability to work well with others in a culturally diverse work environment, and to follow safety rules and procedures. Successful candidates will be expected to work as required on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must have a phone number listed with the company and have a valid driver’s license. Offers of employment as Extra Board College are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening. Random drug testing is done throughout course of employment. The rate of pay for this position is $10.50/hour. Temporary seasonal employment terminates no later than September 15, 2015. Applicants must be at least a rising junior or senior and be enrolled in college for the fall semester 2015. The applicant MUST INDICATE the college attending and the degree/area of study being pursued on the application and/or the resume. Must be physically able to perform such tasks as lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carrying on a regular basis that requires exertion.
