Responsible for all reception activities of the Center including: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering telephones, posting charges & payments and completing Worker’s Comp. forms. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 yrs. office/hospital experience requiring public interaction, data collection, cash transaction & computer use desirable.
Experience in outpatient, private physician’s practice or clinical setting preferred, prior experience with customer service oriented position preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively, organize & set priorities.
High School Diploma, Associate Degree preferred.
