Caliber is owned by Lone Star Funds, a global private equity fund. POSITION SUMMARY The Mail Clerk is responsible for supporting the mail room. Additional duties include imaging, filing, uploading documents and organizational responsibilities and other miscellaneous duties. RESPONSIBILITIES * Cross trained in mail room, image support and collateral files * Website retrieval and uploads. * Print and copy needed documentation. * Responsible for proper organization of all loan files. * Sort and collate mail. * Dispose of junk mail. * Place mail in proper buckets for distribution. * Date stamp all incoming mail. * Sort mail such as returned letters, adjustments, bills, orders, and payments. * Complete incorrect returned mail. * Receive outgoing mail and apply correct postage. * Arrange for pickup of outgoing mail. * Fold letters, circulars, or other documents and insert into envelopes for distribution. * Weigh mail to determine correct postage. * Stock copy rooms and printing devices. * Ensure office is adequately stocked with mail supplies. * Use fax and scanning machines QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or equivalent * Must become familiar with mortgage related documents * Ability to image and upload documents. * Capable of working in a technology solution department. * Proficient in Excel; Microsoft Word and Outlook.
