A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 10-key
- Data Entry
- Excellent Customer Service Skills (this is a high, customer-facing role)
- High amount of integrity (will handle confidential information)
A successful candidate will need to handle a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment. He or she will need to be very personable with the ability to help both internal and external customers (i.e., someone extroverted; a timid/introverted person would not do well in this role). Appropriate business attire is required (i.e., no jeans, tennis shoes, or flip flops; nothing overly revealing; etc.).
The schedule is Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. This includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch. No more than 28 hrs. weekly.
This can turn into part-time permanent with a great company with opportunity to bid on part and full-time positions.
Salary: $10.50 /year
