Cruiseline.com, a fully owned subsidiary of World Travel Holdings, is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to be an integral member of our team. You have the option of working in our New York office or working from home. It’s up to you! Either way, you’ll gain exposure to many different areas of the company and will have a definite impact on our trajectory. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity with the potential to expand to other areas such as managing our social networks. Intrigued?


Responsibilities:

Here’s what you’ll be doing…


  • Effectively respond to our community of users via email

  • Create and update cruise itineraries, ship content, port information, etc…utilizing our app dashboard

  • Meticulously test new and existing features to ensure the experience performs as was intended for both Cruiseline.com and our Ship Mate app.

  • Document all Quality Assurance (QA) test activity in an easy to digest report

  • Work closely with designers and engineers to solve all testing issues

  • Generate ideas/features to improve the user experience

  • Assist with other projects as assigned


Qualifications:


Your key qualities include…


  • High school diploma or GED


  • Tech savvy in online and app environments


  • Available to work full-time from 9am to 6pm (EST)


  • Natural curiosity and willingness to troubleshoot technical issues


  • Outstanding attention to detail and problem solving skills an absolute must


  • Impressive communication skills; both written and oral


  • Impeccable time management skills, ability to multi-task and pick up new skills quickly


  • Extremely resourceful with flexibility to dig in and help where needed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment


  • Able to work in our New York office or provide a designated space for a home office free of distractions and high speed internet connection


  • Must be a resident and live in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY
