Mailroom Clerk - CRC - Birmingham, AL

Essential Job Functions


? Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.


? Stamp incoming mail with date and time receipt.


? Distribute all incoming mail to appropriate person(s).


? Scan applications and other relevant forms into imaging system.


? Prepare all mailing for postal or overnight processing.


? Complete large copy jobs for projects as required.


? Maintain a neat, orderly and efficient work area.


? Perform clerical duties and other assignments as needed by department.


Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


? Knowledge and use of correct spelling and grammar.


? Good verbal and written communications skills.


? Good organizational and time management skills.


? Ability to write legibly.


? Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures


Education and Experience Requirements


? High School diploma or GED required.


? Experience in a general office environment preferred.
