Home 2 Suites by Hilton will be opening soon in West Monroe, LA by the Ike Hamilton Expo Center! We have begun hiring for all shifts and positions. No previous hotel experience is required as we have excellent training! We currently have multiple openings for front desk agents -all shifts.
A Front Desk Agent with Home2 Suites is responsible for handling all aspects of reservations and responding to guest requests in the hotel as well as continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?
- Answering phones courteously and professionally at all times
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness at the front desk
- Entering, verifying, altering, cancelling, etc… reservations via computer
- Greeting customers with exceptional hospitality, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Communicating with other departments to ensure tasks are properly carried out
- Responding to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
