Insurance Customer Service Representative needed for commercial insurance agency. Pleasant but fast paced work environment, required strong team effort.
Job Description:
- Communicate with customers to confirm or obtain data needed for timely and accurate policy issuance and servicing
- Document and organize all underwriting files, activities and attachments
- Assist in handling mid term policy changes
- Facilitate payments from insureds, and handle cancellation and reinstatement notices
- Handle special projects as assigned
- Answer busy phones
Requirements:
- Must possess stellar organizational skills with exceptional attention to details
- Task oriented and be capable of prioritizing and taking direction from management
- Be a team player and possess an upbeat, friendly demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Applied Systems software (TAM) is a must
