Position Summary: Zachry is currently seeking an
Administrative Clerk position for the annual overhaul
work at SRP/NGS project in Page, AZ. The employee will
be responsible for providing administrative support to
operations. This position will initiate and coordinate
the clerical functions required in effective
implementation of administrative policies of the company
program.
Position Responsibilities:
Must be proficient in Microsoft programs: Excel,Access, Word and Outlook
Types and proofreads reports, correspondence, forms,etc.; may type confidential materials
Perform data entry for special on-going projectsOrganizes and maintains files of records andcorrespondence of both a routine and confidential
nature
Perform administrative functions, including but notlimited to; filing, answering phones
Verify and complete required documentation andreports, including but not limited to; productivity
information
Follows direction from supervisorOther duties as assignedEssential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Physical demands and work environment:
The Administrative Clerk will spend long hourssitting and using office equipment and Computers.
The Administrative Clerk will also have to do some
lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
The office is located on a busy construction job site.
The incumbent is faced with constant interruptions and
must meet with others on a regular basis.
Job Requirements:
Must pass SRPs Security Background Check
Must be cleared to drive by Zachry Safety Department via
MVR Authorization form
