Primary Responsibilities Evaluate Airmen and their families and diagnose disorders.. Perform counseling and therapy. Consult with Air Force medical teams and commanders. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen age 1848. Must be willing to relocate. Must have a Masters Degree in Social Work from a graduate school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and the highest level of clinical license your state offers (such as LCSW, LISW, etc.) to practice as an independent clinical social worker.
