Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for managing the Healthcare Services Managers to create an exceptional Brookdale Healthcare Services customer experience ensuring quality therapy and home health services.
- Maintains the objectives, goals, and philosophy of healthcare delivery in conjunction with the Brookdale Healthcare Services mission and cornerstones.
- Partners with home health and hospice Administrators to monitor efficiency levels within operations, assuring prudent financial resource utilization, and provides staff education and training.
- Ensures efficient and effective communication among community leadership and interdisciplinary Brookdale Healthcare Services associates

We seek the following principal qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy, Nursing or Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in Clinical multi-site interdisciplinary management of Therapy Services, and possess excellent customer service skills
