A rare opportunity has arisen to join an established businesses Credit Control team. You will be a confident communicator who is happy to contact customers regarding the outstanding payment of invoices. You will also enjoy the challenges of resolving customer queries and building long-term effective relationships.
You will be an integral part of the team and there will be scope to develop your credit control skills and take ownership of your own customer accounts.
Key duties include:
- Contacting customers by telephone regarding outstanding monies
- Ensuring credit worthiness of customers and ongoing review
- Resolving customer queries
- Preparing sales invoices
- Posting and allocating payments
- Maintaining customer details
The successful individual will have achieved GCSE’s in Maths & English at grade C or above (or equivalent) and be a confident user of Excel. You will have ideally gained exposure to working in a finance environment so have an appreciation of credit control.
