Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Chesham
Salary: Up to £23,000 (dependent upon experience)
Our small friendly, family run company who offer washroom solutions are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
The primary role of this Customer Service Executive is to be the first point of contact for clients and assist them with any queries. You will also be key support to the business aiding the business development managers will follow up calls.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Make support calls to customers and be the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in order to facilitate the growth of the business profitably
- Make appointments with customers and prospects to ensure the business development managers diaries are full
- Support business development managers with administrative tasks
- Arranges price confirmations and be closely involved with their follow up
- Follow Up Quotes
- Prepare business development manages samples and material
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date and all pipelines are added
- Any other duties as directed by management from time to time
Experience/Skills required
- Previous customer service experience within an office
- Must have strong relationship development and communication skills
- Must have proven organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident in working in a small quiet team
- Experience in using a CRM system
- Confident IT user
The hours of work are 7:30am-4:30pm
