Chemonics seeks an associate to join our dynamic executive office team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who embraces Chemonics’ vision to serve others, has strong customer service skills, excellent leadership qualities, and performs with exceptional integrity, professionalism, and discretion in a high-paced environment. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world. Responsibilities include:
- Cordinating and overseeing Executive Office operations, including the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors meetings,
- Liaising with regions and support divisions within the company, and
- Managing external outreach efforts.Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience
- Outstanding written, communication, and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook a must
- Passion for international development
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
