Pratt & Whitney Military Aftermarket Services, Inc., a part of Pratt &
Whitney Military Engines, offers maintenance, repair and overhaul
services to domestic and international military engine operators. The
Oklahoma City location comprised of several growing business units:
F119 Heavy Maintenance Center, Special Technology Coatings, F117
Heavy Maintenance Center, Waterjet Operations and Eagle Supply.
The Oklahoma City location conducts business in forward looking
partnerships with the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center for the F119,
F135, and F117 HMC’s. All business units have full P&L, with Quality
System, EH&S, Operations and operations management responsibilities.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Be familiar with Pratt & Whitney’s overhaul and repair ERP solution;
- Understand engine overhaul processes to maximize benefits of
leveraged ERP solutions;
- Improve solution integration with operations, finance, logistics, and
other groups within MAS Oklahoma (PWOC).
- Train new employees to be proficient in SAP for their daily job function;
- Provide on-site trouble shooting;
- Lead continuous improvement activities to investigate turn backs,
escapes and improve application performance, quality and reliability;
- Manage the TEM system for all MAS – Oklahoma City business units;
- Coordinate with the ERP group in East Hartford, USA to:
1. Communicate any SAP application related issues, such as
modification of the access privilege of existing employees, getting new
employees’ access, resolution of any outstanding help desk tickets, etc.;
2. Actively participate in the periodic ERP telecon organized by the ERP group in the US to provide SEC’s input on waterline projects as well as communicate any SEC’s specific requirement;
3. Implement any system wide enhancement under the guidance from

4. Improve Master Data setup, such as configurator, kit cart data, etc.
- B.S. Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 5 years of
related IT experience or equivalent;
*Experience / Qualifications
- Have experience leading, developing, managing, and implementing,
SAP based IT solutions and ERP based systems;
- Strong SAP technical and ERP project managerial skills;
- Excellent oral, reading and writing skills;
- Personality: Team working spirit, strong interpersonal skills, hard
working; Good ability to organize and leading;
- Lead continuous improvement activities to investigate turnbacks,
escapes and improve application performance, quality and reliability;
- Strong business aptitude – ability to learn, understand and interpret
business processes; ability to act in partnership with the business and be
recognized as a valued contributor to business results;
- Results oriented with intense focus on success and achievement
despite obstacles both within and outside of direct control;
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts concisely to non-IT
business professionals.
Strong process orientation and ability to develop and follow standard
work; attention to detail.
