Job Description
My client based in High Wycombe manufactures high precision mould tools which service the Automotive, Medical Devices, Telecommunication and Aerospace Industries.
Role
My client is looking for a passionate engineer who has either just finished their apprenticeship or completed at least 2 years in their first job in engineering.
Ideally, you will have a background in machine shop and tool room environment.
You will joining my client’s existing two young engineers on their engineering training programme and you will be working on CNC Milling machines with Delcam software and Heidenhein controls.
You must have some knowledge of how to set and operate a CNC Milling machine and you will be taught how to programme it.
Ideally, your background will be in sheet metal, machine shop and tool / mould making.
Above all, they are looking for someone who is looking to make this particular industry their career, someone who is passionate and has plenty of enthusiasm about manufacturing and engineering.

Duration Permanent with a 16 worked week ( 64 working days ) probation period, during which time you will be paid weekly in arrears by Reed Engineering
Salary £16,640 per annum = £8.00 an hour
Hours 40 hours a week
Holidays 21 days plus the 8 Bank holidays.
