Job Duties:
- Prepares for patient inquiries by developing knowledge of product, sales and specials, and any other merchandise.
- Maintains an organized and presentable work station.
- Manages inventory efficiently and accurately.
- Develops strong working relationships with patients and maintains a welcoming and positive attitude.
- Strong sales ability with a concentration in suggestive selling.
- Able to Work in a fast paced environment
- Able to complete task in a 3 min time frame
- Able to perform duties completely and show self-initiative.
- Enthusiastic and Passionate about products we offer.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent required.
- AA or BA degree preferred.
- Excellent and ACCURATE data entry skills.
- Accurately count inventory items
- Knowledge on Weights and scales (Grams, half eighth, quarters)
- Attention to detail when completing tasks.
- Computer familiarity (google drive, Facebook etc…)
- Willing to grow with a company
- Adjust To policy & procedure changes
- Excellent verbal skills with patients as well as other employees and managers and a positive respectful attitude
- Compassionate Personality
- Able to perform duties completely and show self-initiative
