Operations Coordinator Main duties:


Working with and reporting to the Operations Manager you will be involved with the following:


> Account management and client liaison through various methods of communication.
> Developing and managing the User Acceptance Testing process for our technology clients.
> Client sales and solutions performance analysis.
> Change and impact management.
> Continuous process review and improvement.
> Planning and scheduling of internal resources to ensure on time delivery of projects.
> External resource management to ensure key deadlines are met.
> Creation and on-going management of client support materials e.g. user training videos.
> Some financial responsibilities – e.g. processing expenses.

Operations Coordinator Desired Skills and Experience:


> Educated to degree level or equivalent would be ideal.
> A minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
> You must have a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. It is vital that you are a strong team player, motivated by individual and organisational success.
> Strong client management skills and ability to execute.
> Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
> A positive, determined approach to researching and analysing new methods and processes.
> Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
> Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, telephone and presentation.
> Excellent organisational and time management skills.
> A positive attitude to dealing with people and problems.
> An enthusiastic, experienced user of technology products, such as smart-phones, phablets and tablets, up to date knowledge of the technology market.
> A strong desire to win.


You may have worked in the following capacities:
Project Assistant, Service Delivery Administrator, eCommerce Project Administrator, Software Development Junior Project Manager, Client Services Coordinator.
