Key Accountabilities:


Making Outbound calls to obtain feedback and address Parents concerns about Nurseries


Skills and abilities:


Proven administration experience


Good at handling customer concerns and feedback confidently, sympathetically and swiftly.


Good problem solving and negotiation skills


Good people skills to be able to interface with Nursery management and our customers


Good under pressure


Good PC skills including word, excel and email


REPORTS TO Sales Manager


Scope of role


To maximise conversion of customer enquiries and drive growth within existing and past customer groups. Develop a detailed knowledge base of customer needs in order to deliver a personalised introduction to Asquith Day Nurseries & Pre-Schools.


Key Accountabilities


Achieve and exceed Sales targets


Handle incoming customer enquires


Guide any prospective parents through the process of selecting the right Asquith Nursery


Capture and log all relevant customer information


Organise for parents to visit their chosen nurseries


Organise all relevant information to be sent to parents


Brief Nursery Management on a daily basis to communicate parent profiles and needs to facilitate personalised show rounds


Follow up with parents after the show round to gain feedback and convert to registration


Follow up on inactive enquiries


Highlight and act upon opportunities to cross-sell to existing customers and retain or winback leavers


Support registered parents to establish if further assistance is required prior to starting


Continually build, develop, share and maintain in depth knowledge of nurseries in order to provide an expert response to customers


Actively seek and record information on customers including feedback comments on quality of service in order to identify themes and trends and suggest ideas for improvement


Undertake regular data cleansing to ensure information held by the company is accurate and up to date


Provide a consistently high standard of service


Skills and abilities


Ability to sell to customers with a focus on being able to negotiate and overcome objections in an appropriate and professional manner


Strong personality, superb communication skills with a clear, articulate telephone manner and excellent listening skills


Ability to build rapport and a positive and long lasting impression with customers


Professional appearance with a positive, hardworking, willing to learn attitude and able to take direction


Able to work as part of a team and under pressure


Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel


Provide assistance to other departments where required


Able to develop and review process where needed
