The award winning Engage Partners is hiring now. £25K minimum basic. £50K OTE in first year. £80K OTE in second year.


Engage Partners are the fastest growing recruitment company within the Education and Construction recruitment sector. This is largely due to our unique recruitment event called
iday.


The founders of the company are industry leading professionals who have already successfully built and taken to market recruitment businesses in this sector. We have ambitious growth plans for the future and are currently looking to expand our team by recruiting a senior consultant at our head office in Watford, Hertfordshire.


The company has grown rapidly due to its strong leadership, shared vision, team spirit and lively work environment. We also put a large emphasis on customer service within the company and also have a number of USP’s that positively differentiate us from our competitors.


Do you have what it takes?


Most recruitment professionals tend to be outgoing, personable and quick-witted – it’s an industry full of personalities and that can make for a great working environment.


Experience required:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment sales

  • Education or Construction recruitment experience would be ideal but not essential

  • Candidates coming with a strong sales background would be considered

High earning potential:


On top of your basic salary we offer extremely aggressive commission packages that typically out pay our competition. Commission is paid as a percentage of your billings on a rolling monthly basis, which means your earning potential is limited only by your drive and ambition.
