About You


We are looking for ordinary people who aren’t aware they have the potential to change lives and become superheroes to the local community, your heart means more to us than experience as our friendly and easy-to-follow training takes care of the rest. We have no upper age limit, and are looking for early risers or night owls wanting to work a few, up to 6 hours per day.


We are looking for enthusiastic client service orientated staff to support Clients to remain living in their own homes for as long as they require.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • You will provide each Client with private-quality care, that is respectful, dignified and encourages independence and in accordance to each Client’s bespoke care plan.

  • We have work in Bourne End, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Marlow & the surrounding areas, in fact we don’t want you to travel more than a few miles from your own home.

  • It is sometimes difficult to generalise about what the role of a CAREGiver is, but the best way of summing it up is that we might perform the tasks carried out by a close friend or relative but in a trained, professional and knowledgeable way.

  • Duties will include assisting and supporting Clients with all aspects of their daily routine, medication, meal preparation, use of aids and personal equipment, home management, promotion of a Client’s mental and physical activities, reminiscence. Document and report all relevant Client care information.

  • Various shifts are available from early mornings to evenings, plus alternative weekends.

  • We support and supervise you on all first visits, and agree on your rota ahead of time so you know how to plan your life.

  • Support to achieve a diploma in Health & Social Care at NVQ level 2

What do you require


  • If you have a caring and compassionate nature we would like to hear from you, experience is not necessary as fully-funded free 4-day training including ‘Moving & Handling’ Certificate training is provided at our Bourne End premises.

  • You must have a Driving Licence and own vehicle – travel allowance is paid.

  • Have between 2 and 6 hours a day, plus alternative weekends available to service a set group of clients, close to your home.

  • We will assist you to apply for an enhanced CRB, and we will require both professional and personal references prior to introducing you to our Clients
