Duties:
One full time Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist position is currently available. Excellence in patient care is mandatory. Applicants must be proficient in spoken and written English. This announcement is open to all qualified U.S. or naturalized citizens. Is accountable to the Chief, Surgical Service for assuring the most effective delivery of care in general urology while meeting and exceeding compliance standards. Participates in and/or manages all aspects of a general urology surgery program, to include clinical, administrative, academic, and research components if warranted. Manages patient care workload within available staffing. Full time on staff general surgery and physician assistant support for the Urology Service is available and provided as needed. RECRUITMENT/RELOCATION INCENTIVE IS AUTHORIZED. THE APPLICANT SELECTED FOR THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE EDUCATION DEBT REDUCTION PROGRAM (EDRP), APPROVAL IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
