Job description


As Telesales Manager you will achieve or exceed team revenue and sales targets across all of our client’s products and solutions within a defined telesales customer portfolio. To motivate, support and performance manage the telesales team through effective goal setting, coaching and mentoring.


  • Drive sales and revenue targets across our client’s products and services in line with business objectives for the defined telesales region both directly and through the interaction with the face to face field sales channels.

  • Lead, motivate and coach the telesales team through effective performance and activity management to ensure strong team and sales performance in line with agreed targets.

  • Track and communicate sales performance through accurate and timely forecasting and reporting.

  • Ensure ongoing development of team including recruitment, training, and performance assessment. Champion and develop the Telesales Channel by keeping up with industry best practice.

Key skills required


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of people management within a successful telesales environment.

  • Experience within a solution driven sales environment

  • Previous operational experience within the telesales/field environment, demonstrating a strong track record of achievement.

  • High level of commercial acumen.

  • Experience within the credit risk industry would be advantageous

Salary and Benefits


£40k- £48k OTE £23k plus company benefits.
