At LGB Direct in Luton, Bedfordshire we’re looking for people with waiting, bar staff or general hospitality experience that enjoy interacting with customers and have a desire to be the best!


We specialise in new customer acquisition and have worked consistently with our client since we opened in Luton last summer.


We’re looking to grow so that we can diversify our portfolio and branch out into additional markets.

  • HOSPITALITY/ WAITING/ BAR WORK

  • HOTELS/ RECEPTION/ TRAVEL

  • OTHER CUSTOMER-FACING POSITIONS

If you like interacting with customers or have ever thought about getting into sales, this could be the opportunity for you!


This opening will combine marketing, sales and business development. You’ll begin with basic customer interaction to help promote and sell our client’s subscription services in residential areas. We provide a consistent flow of quality sales by meeting with prospects face-to-face and adding a real personality to our client’s brand.


We offer regular product-training workshops and allow new Trainee Sales Assistants the opportunity to spend time in the field alongside others until they develop their confidence and have expanded their comfort zones enough to achieve success on their own. Ongoing guidance and access to mentors are also provided on a regular basis because each individual’s success contributes to our company’s success as a whole.


Trainee Sales Requirements:


Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the UK. Our office is in Luton, Bedfordshire and you’ll need to be able to travel to and from the office to meet your customers. We offer regular product-training workshops, so specific experience is not required, but since we work with the general public people with experience working with customers tend to excel in our openings.

Within a matter of weeks, ambitious, dedicated people will have the chance to advance into a leadership role where you’ll be assisting in the development of others. Those able to balance both whilst producing consistent results will be given the chance to advance into an assistant business management role within 10 months.


In order to provide our people with the most flexibility and earning potential, you’ll be working on a self-employed basis and earning commission only so that you can determine the best path for yourself within our industry rather than being tied down to a specific position.
