*PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) JOB DESCRIPTION:* The outpatient physical therapist (PT) functions as a member of the healthcare team. The purpose is to provide medically prescribed physical therapy (PT) programs in accordance with national standards and administrative policies of the clinic.
